Our mandate
INFORM
We inform and advise our members on industry matters. By sharing useful data, we help them make the best business decisions and pursue their overarching mission which is to provide irreproachable service to their guests.
REPRESENT
We represent the collective views of the industry by engaging with government, partner stakeholders, local communities and the media. On behalf of our members, we appeal to policy makers about critical issues and collaborate with different authorities to help maintain tourism as one of our leading sectors.
PROMOTE
We promote the interests of our hotelier and restaurant members and ensure no barrier hampers their positive advancement. We encourage greater co-operation and sharing of good practices among them in a bid to enhance the overall value of the destination.
